PURPOSE:To enhance productivity and thus attain cost reduction and labor saving by automatically attaching a label to bundled tubes through the establishment of a structure wherein the label is moved to a tape winding position upon bundling of tubes, so that the tape attachment is made in conjunction with bundling operation of the tubes. CONSTITUTION:A bundling device is provided with a receiving portion to receive a label, a take-out means 80 for taking out the label from the receiving portion, a transfer means 85 for moving the label taken out by the take-out means 80 to a position in which a bundling tape is wound around tubes X, and a suction means for retaining the label in the tape winding position. A rolling drum 21 which has rolled up the tube stops rotating with the opening portion 23 thereof facing a tape guide 61 in the bundling device 60. The bundling tape is disengaged from a guide groove and wound around the outer periphery of the tube X, concurrently with the label remaining in the tape winding position attached to the outer periphery of the tube X by winding the bundling tape.
