摘要 PURPOSE:To enable execution of high-precision electric discharge machining, by providing a correction computing circuit which detects inclination of a fine angle of a main shaft with a machining table surface due to heat and controls a correction command by calculating a correction amount according to the detecting inclination angle and inputting the result to a numerical control device. CONSTITUTION:A displacement inclination angle of a main spindle 4 of a machining head 3 with a reference table 11 due to heat is detected by means of a right angle detecting device 12 placed on a reference table 11. Based on a detecting signal from the detecting device 12, a correction amount is calculated according to a correction formula by means of a correction computing circuit 15. The calculation value is inputted to a numerical control device (NC device) 14, and correction is executed by means of the correction computing circuit 15 to advance the main shaft 4 in a direction extending at right angles with a workpiece on the table. Proper and high-precision electric discharge machining is applied on the workpiece by means of an electrode 5 mounted on the main spindle 4.
