PURPOSE:To reduce error rate by expressing defective loop information on a boot loop with the number of bits about the same in degree as usual, dispersing the concentration of a bubble, associating the existence of bubble with a minor loop and surely adding 0'' next to 1''. CONSTITUTION:The defective loop information 48 on the boot loop 41 is composed so as to arrive the absence of bubble surely next to the existence of bubble, and the most part of the information is the part of the absence of bubble associated with the normal minor loop. Besides, as a header 45 can be expressed by two consecutive existence of bubbles at the minimum by such a composition, the concentrative degree of the bubbles on the boot loop 41 is drastically reduced. At such a time, the defective minor loop is expressed with two bits but if it is considered that the consecutive bit part of the required header part is assigned to the absence of bubble next to the existence of bubble of each defective minor loop, the whole number of bits can be equalized, and the reliability of the boot loop can be improved with the equal number of bits.
