PURPOSE:To prevent cavity occurring at the edge surface of a reel hub and to enlarge the dimension of an axis direction by composing the edge surface of the axis direction of the reel hub to be a rugged surface. CONSTITUTION:On the reel hub 15 formed by synthetic resin, the edge surface 30 in the axis direction is composed to be the rugged surface. Due to the rugged surface, the turbulent flow is generated in the flow of the synthetic resin at the inner side of a metallic mold composing the edge surface and the dent can be prevented by reducing the temperature difference between the surface side and the center side of the resin. Thus the dimension of the axis direction of the hub can be enlarged. Besides, when ribs 27 and 28 are formed at this edge surface, the loss of them can be prevented by raising it's strength.
