PURPOSE:To provide difference between rotation of main shaft and drive shaft by driving one of the main shaft or the drive shaft through an entraining transmission member from single drive source, and moving a portion of transmission member in the direction perpendicular to the entraining direction. CONSTITUTION:A drive motor shaft 92a is provided with two pulleys 96 having same diameters, and timing belts 46, 56 are entrained respectively about a main shaft pulley 44 and a cam shaft (drive shaft) pulley 54. The pulleys 44, 54 have same diameters and rotated with same speed. The timing belt 56 is entrained about pulleys 84, 86 of a moving table 62 crossing perpendicularly with entraining direction and about pulleys 98, 100, 102, 104 at the opposite sides. When a servo motor 72 is driven to move the moving table 62 downward with speed V, rotary speed of the cam shaft timing belt 56 is increased corresponding to the speed V so as to cause difference of rotation between the main shaft and the drive shaft. Consequently, a sliding table having a cutter is slided thus enabling preferable cutting work.
