PURPOSE:To sequentially reproduce two optical disks by arranging two turn tables in parallel to mount the two optical disks on a same plane surface and movably providing a laser pickup in parallel with the line connecting the centers of the two turn tables. CONSTITUTION:When the optical disk 11 is reproduced, the laser pickup 26 is in the range of the signal truck of the optical disk 11 and the rotation of a disk motor 3 is controlled by a disk servo circuit 16. Then when the optical disk 12 is reproduced, the laser pickup 26 is moved by the rotation of a traverse motor 10, passed through a disk servo change-over switch 15 and the disk servo circuit 16 is switched. Besides, the laser pickup 26 is moved to the position where a switch 14 is closed. Then the rotation of a disk motor 25 is controlled, the turn table 24 is rotated and the signal of the optical disk 12 is read and reproduced by the laser pickup 26. |
