PURPOSE:To improve productivity and to easily attain mass production by providing the titled device with a focus position adjusting means for moving a lens frame to be optionally slided from a holder in an optical axis direction and a tracking position adjusting means for moving the holder to be optionally oscillated from a base in the direction rectangular to the optical axis. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with the focus position adjusting means 27 for fitting the lens frame 26 fixed on an objective lens 6 to the holder 25 so as to optionally slide the frame 26 in the optical axis direction, arranging plural plate springs 24 in parallel, fitting the one end side to the base 23 and supporting the holder by the other end side so that the holder 25 can be optionally oscillated in the direction rectangular to the optical axis direction, and moving the lens frame 26 to be optionally slided from the holder 25 in the optical axis direction and the tracking position adjusting means 30 for moving the holder 25 in the direction rectangular to the optical axis direction. Since assembling adjusting work is executed by considering only the movement of a single direction, the assembling adjustment can be made easy and the productivity can be improved.
