PURPOSE:To prevent the falling of an article and to easily release a seal tape, by receiving parts in embossed parts and intermittently adhering a seal tape. CONSTITUTION:Embossed parts 11a are formed to a long carrier tape 11 so as to be capable of receiving articles and the articles are received in said embossed parts. Feed holes 13 adaptable to an automatic insert machine are preliminarily provided to the carrier tape 11 and a seal tape 12 is superposed on said carrier tape to be intermittently bonded thereto by an adhesive or heat-welding. By this method, the seal tape can be easily released and the falling of articles can be prevented.
