PURPOSE:To dispense with troublesome unloading operation of racks, by holding a rack group stacked on a truck with a container and separating from the truck. CONSTITUTION:A number of racks R containing bean curd are stacked in a container S in multiple stages and the container is suspended and immersed in a cooling chamber to cool the bean curd. In the above process, the racks R stacked on the truck in multiple stages are inserted into the container S together with the truck D, the racks R are separated from the truck D by lifting the container K and only the racks R are suspended in the state stacked in multiple stages by attaching an engaging claw 1 to the bottom part of the container S and hooking the bottom face of the lowest rack R with the claw. A pressing plate 4 placed at the top of the container S presses the top face of the rack R and holds the rack in the case of lifting the container S. |
