PURPOSE:To inform the service charge of an automobile telephone set used by a specified person during a specified period of time collectively and the end of said period of use by providing a transmission part to transmit an identification signal on the subscriber's terminal, and providing, on the exchange side, a monitoring part to monitor an identification signal from the transmission side and a charge calculation procesing part to calculate the service charge to the terminal. CONSTITUTION:When an automobile equipped with a subscriber's terminal 1 and the transmission part 2 is rent, the transmission part 2 is set so that it can transmit an identification signal for the terminal 1 to be able to be identified. If this identification signal is inputted to the monitoring part 4, the pat 4 recognizes that the subscriber' s terminal 1 is a specific telephone set, and outputs a signal representing the special telephone set to the charge calculation processing part 5, hence the part 5 processes the accumulation of the service charge for the terminal 1. Upon a request from the specified subscriber 6, the part 5 is able to immediately inform the specified subscriber 6 or the terminal 1 for automobile telephone subscriber of the detailed charge information for the period during which the transmission part 2 was used via the processing part 5. |
