The determination of fructosamine in body fluids by reacting the sample solution with a colour reagent entails a sample liquid being mixed with a buffer solution with a pH of 9 to 12, a chromogenic compound, uricase, at least one detergent, and, where appropriate, a compound with peroxidising activity, and measuring the change in extinction with time, after no less than 5 minutes have elapsed, in the temperature range between 20 and 40 DEG C. |
