Compounds of the formula wherein A is hydroxy; alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms; mercapto; alkylthio, alkylsulphinyl, or alkylsulphonyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms; mono- or dialkylamino with alkyl groups of 1 to 4 carbon atoms; methyl; or trifluoromethyl; B is fluorine or chlorine; C is hydrogen; D is trifluoromethyl; E is hydrogen; and F is hydrogen, chlorine, or fluorine and salts, esters, and amides thereof; useful as selective herbicides.
