PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device, and to reduce cost by detecting ringing currents a transformer and controlling output voltage from a DC voltage source. CONSTITUTION:Both ringing currents at positive pulses and ringing currents at negative pulses do not flow through a primary winding 4a of a transformer 4. Consequently, impedance to the bipolar code of a main power transmission device viewed from the home bus side is brought close to infinity, and the effect on the waveform of the bipolar code on a home bus is reduced. The number of turns of winding of the transformer is decreased extremely, and the shape is miniaturized exceedingly. |
