CONSTITUTION:A rotary fan 20 is turned by rotating by armature 34, and air is sucked from an inlet port 22 for a fan case 21. Air passes through the rotary fan 20, passes through an air path 42 formed by a guide vane A38 for a main air guide section 37 and a guide vane B41 for an auxiliary air guide 40, and is discharged from a ventilating hole 33.
