PURPOSE:To secure the normal operation as a time piece even if a secondary circuit cannot be operated normally any more, by forcibly stopping the operation of the secondary circuit when the normal operation of the secondary circuit is not confirmed. CONSTITUTION:A secondary-circuit-operation control counter 16 of a time piece circuit 10 counts the operating time of a secondary circuit 19. A secondary- circuit control circuit 15 performs operation control for operating the secondary circuit 19. When the value of the secondary-circuit-operation control counter 16 becomes a specified value or more, the secondary circuit 19 is forcibly stopped or reset. |
