PURPOSE:To make people safely and surely escapable by installing a last-off escape port in plural spots of a descending cylinder for escapers, and attaching a life boat to the lower end, while hoising this boat at constant tensile force all the time by a wire. CONSTITUTION:A descending cylinder, making an escaper pass through, consists of outer cylinder cloth 3, sliding cloth 4 and a main belt 5, installing a last-off escape port 2 at plural spots, and it is attached to the descending port frame 6 projectingly installed in the broadside or the like. And, the lower end is attached to a life boat 7 which is being hoisted at constant tensile force all the time by the wire 9 hung down from the descending port frame 6, and it is moved up and down according to vertical motion of a wave. Consequently, even if height from a water surface to a deck is largely varied by inclination of a ship, waviness and cargo weight, a lower part of the descending cylinder 1 hands down into the life boat, and a fastener of the last-off escape port 2 proximate to the life boat 7 is opened whereby the escaper can get away from the deck safely and surely.
