PURPOSE:To certainly, stably and uniformly discharge artificial short hairs, by mounting an eccentric vibrator to a rotary drive shaft to vibrate a case main body and filling a short hair accommodation chamber with powdery short hairs and mounting a mesh plate to a short hair discharge port. CONSTITUTION:An eccentric vibrator 3 is mounted on the rotary drive shaft 2a of an electric motor 2 to generate vibration in a case main body 1. A short hair accommodation chamber 4 is filled with powder short hairs and a partition wall plate 5 composed of urethane foam is arranged between the eccentric vibrator 3 and the short hair receiving chamber 4. A mesh plate 6 is mounted to the short hair discharge port provided to the leading end part of the short hair accommodation chamber 4 to disperse and discharge short hairs. The diameter of the mesh plate 6 is made small not only to make the mesh plate 6 easy to penetrate between hairs but also to make the same closable to the scalps. A diffusion chamber 8 is formed between an inner mesh member 7 and the mesh plate 6 so as to prevent the clogging of the mesh plate 6. A power source battery 9 for rotationally driving the electric motor 2 and a switch 10 are provided. The case main body 1 is vibrated and the powdery short hairs allowed to fill the short hair receiving chamber 4 are vibrated and levitated to be uniformly discharged from the mesh plate 6.
