PURPOSE:To enable the reaction of displacement to be damped by a free piston partitioning a cylinder receiving a partitioning piston partitioning a gas chamber and an oil chamber and partitioning the cylinder having a tubular body provided with an orifice into an extension side chamber and a construction side chamber. CONSTITUTION:Actuators 40, 40, i.e. hydraulic cylinders in a drive roller controller are ones applied to hydro-pneumatic suspension system and provided on both sides of a vehicle. A hydraulic circuit for the actuators 40, 40 is provided with a pressure switch 30 which responses to oil pressure in an extension side chambers 46 of actuators 40, 40. The pressure switch 31 is provided to response to oil pressure in the contraction side chambers 47 of actuators 40, 40.
