PURPOSE:To prevent generation of the noise of electromagnetic wave by using a fibrous stock having electrical conductivity and dust attraction properties as the filter for an electronic device of a forced-air cooling system. CONSTITUTION:The stock 1 of a filter is the aggregate of electrically-conductive material consisting of extremely fine fibrous carbon or metal and is formed into a lamellate shape. An outer frame 2 is electrically connected with the stock 1 of the filter in order to make shielding of electromagnetic wave effective. The stock 1 of the filter having such a structure is provided to the outer frame 2 and used as the air filter for an electronic device of a forced-air cooling system. Thereby the noise of electromagnetic wave emitted from the inside of the electronic device in which technique of digital circuit is especially used can be shielded.
