PURPOSE:To decide on the angle of a rotating body at an abnormality occurrence point clearly by modeling a noise part in a measurement signal by an autoregressive model, and comparing a measurement signal estimated by it with an actual measurement signal. CONSTITUTION:A signal (x) obtained by an oscillation accelerometer provided to the rotating body is inputted to an A/D converter 2 and converted into a digital signal xk. This digital signal xk is inputted to a model estimating device 3, which applies the variation of the digital signal xk to the autoregressive model for modeling and outputs model parameters A and B. Further, model parameters A and B and the digital signal xk are inputted to an estimated value calculating device 4 to obtain the estimated value yk of a measurement signal. Further, the sample variance value uk of the digital signal xk is obtained from a threshold value calculating device 5. Then, the digital signal xk, estimated value yk, and sample variance value uk are inputted to a decision making device 6 to obtain a decision result wk. |
