PURPOSE:To obtain the titled economic device having high safety, detecting entrance of bird or animal into the target zone by ultrasonic wave and irradiating sense of bird or animal by a stimulating means equipped with a condition changing means. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic sound sending and receiving device 14 to detect entrance of bird or animal by the use of ultrasonic wave is set below an alarm 12 to produce warning sound for repelling birds and animals. A barrel part 16 has a built-in signal treating means and a built-in electric source. A device 10 for preventing damages by birds and animals like this is placed at a proper position approximately at the center of a field to be damaged. Extreme reduction in preventing effects on bird and animal damage is prevented by successively changing a warning sound.
