PURPOSE:To make a relay economical and miniaturize the same, by selecting the rating of a main element so as to conform with the rating of a load. CONSTITUTION:The title relay is constituted of three sets of power control circuits 10a-10c, which are stored integrally in a case 4 while the circuits 10a-10c are constituted of semiconductor elements 2a-2c, controlling power supply for respective loads, and control circuits 3a-3c therefor and respective elements 2a-2c are fixed to a cooling fin 5 for the dissipation of heat thereof. In this case, the semiconductor elements, having different rated powers, are employed for the elements 2a-2c: the element 2b, having the smallest rated current value, is arranged at the center of the three sets of the elements. The control circuits 3a-3c are provided with operating circuit inputting terminals 7a-7c respectively and are arranged on a sheet of control circuit substrate as a control circuit 3. The rating of the power control circuit may be selected in accordance with the rating of a load.
