PURPOSE:To make it possible to bear a structure easily by coupling the marine structure with a stud by means of a frame assembly. CONSTITUTION:A stud 2 spaced from a marine structure 1 is coupled with a frame assembly 3. The stud 2 has the power to float and its end below is supposed to softland on the bottom of the sea. According to the constitution, the marine structure 1 can easily be borne.
