PURPOSE:To perform the open processing at a high speed for an application program by applying previously the open processing to a virtual data base when the accesses are given to plural virtual data bases under the control of a task. CONSTITUTION:When the virtual data bases SSCM1 and SSCM2 are opened by a control program, a buffer is secured for need of the accesses of those data bases and at the same time a virtual data base control list is produced for pointing the buffer. When an open instruction is produced from an application program, the pointers are set to the virtual data base control list for both bases SSCM1 and SSCM2 based on a task control list. In such a way, the open processing is performed at a high speed for the application program by applying previously the open processing to plural virtual data bases under the control of a task. |
