PURPOSE:To improve quality of cast product and productivity by melting billet corresponding to the casting quantity for one time in a vessel to form molten metal and next, pouring this molten metal into a mold to execute casting. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 7 is formed with dies 5, 6 and also a rotating table 16 is arranged at lower part of a fixed disk 3, and a sleeve table 14 is arranged at the position apart from 180 deg.. A shift cylinder 25 approaches/separates an injection cylinder 22 to/from a fixed sleeve 10 through ascent/descent of a piston rod 26. The billet 28 corresponding to the casting quantity for one time is supplied in the sleeve 22, which is set at outer part position, is melted under vacuum with an electron gun 29. Next, the rotating table 16 is turned at 180 deg. and the injection cylinder 19 is ascended, and the molten metal is injected into the cavity 7 through a plunger 23 and a tir 24. By this method, as development of oxide and impurity in the molten metal is prevented, the quality of the product and the productivity are improved.
