PURPOSE:To make a compact, stable and highly integrated circuit at low cost by a method wherein wirings are arranged on one side on respective superconducting circuit systems turning at the end of the system as a pair of parallel lines taking a letter U-shape to be terminated at a point distant from the circuit systems. CONSTITUTION:A power supply feed line 1A comprises a pair of parallel lines between an end A of a superconducting circuit systems S1-Sn to be a turning point of the line 1A and a terminal B of power supply side distant from the superconducting systems S1-Sn. A circuit I1 along the going channel of the power supply feed line 1A and another current I2 along the coming back channel of the same 1A are running in the reverse direction with each other. The mag netic fields H0 generated near respective superconducting systems S1-Sn by the currents I1 and I2 are mutually cancelled out to be reduced notably. Conse quently, if the current I1 is relatively increased, the current I1 almost equals to the current I2, i.e., I1 I2 while if the going channel and the coming back channel of the power supply feed line 1A approach each other, the generated magnetic fields H0 can be made almost zero. Thus, a compact, stable and highly integrated circuit can be made at low cost.
