发明名称 MULTIPLE WELDING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate correcting the positional deviation under mum and to improve the assembling accuracy by reducing the pressurizing force applied at the time of the spot welding at the time of regulating an optical axis right after each welding to prevent the strain from staying at members to be pressurized. CONSTITUTION:A cap 11 with a stem 19 is covered with a fiber support 16 and an air cylinder is actuated to press the tip part of a pressurizing lever 55 against a flange part 18 which is pressurized and fixed on the stem 19. An incident end side part 15 of a fiber 14 is inserted vertically into a small diameter cylindrical part 17 and positioned therein. A laser diode 12 is electrified to emit light which is condensed by a lens 13 and made incident on the fiber 14 and the output is measured from the projecting end with a power meter. The incident end side part 15 is moved and regulated in two XY directions and fine adjusted at the position where the output power becomes maximum and fixed thereon. Next, the stem 19 and the flange part 18 are welded together by one point in an equal interval by a YAG laser beam while adjusting the optical axis optically to attain the maximum output. At this time, the optical axis is regulated with 55<=1/4 pressurizing force of the pressurizing lever at the time of the YAG welding.
