PURPOSE:To provide easy visibility to a cut line at the time of stripping by providing a resin layer uniformly contg. a resin which is whitened by stress on top or bottom of a colored resin layer. CONSTITUTION:The resin layer uniformly contg. the resin which is whitened by stress and having the property to decrease the light transmittance around the cut line at the time of cutting with a cutting blade is used to form the resin layer adjacent to the colored resin layer of a light shieldable masking film having the strippable film consisting of at least the two layers; the colored resin layer contg. a binder resin and light shieldable coloring agent and the resin layer adjacent to the colored resin layer on a transparent base. The cut line is thereby made easily visible when the film is cut by the cutting blade.
