This heel retainer is guided longitudinally displaceably on a guide rail to be fastened to the ski and provided with a row of holes, and is provided with a catch element which is acted on by a helical compression spring which seeks to press the catch tooth of the catch element into one of the holes of the guide rail. In order to guarantee one-handed operation for the adjustment procedure in such a heel retainer, the catch element 6 has, as is known per se, an upwardly protruding projection 6f, and one flank 6f1 of this projection 6f is assigned to a counter-surface 4a in a downwardly open groove 4 of the bearing block 2 of the heel retainer 1. <IMAGE> |
