<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a message from being missed and to improve the reliability of a monitoring system, by an output device switching control circuit which switches an output device automatically and prevents the unexpected missing of a fault or a state change message from occurring based on the number of the message generated per unit time. CONSTITUTION:The output device switching control circuit 21 receives start up from a change commanding device 12, and decides the output device of the message by the generating frequency of present change information, and outputs the command to an output processor. The processing specification of information is indexed from a processing specification register 14 based on the information NO obtained from a linkage register 22, and also, an output destination device, an output message, and an output format are decided based on the generating frequency at a timing after a generating frequency register 15. When the content of the register 15 is set at 1, only the message with a processing level 1 is outputted to an AT/W. And other messages are outputted to a magnetic disk. When the content of the register 15 is set at 2, all of the messages are outputted to the AT/W, and when the content of the register 15 is set at 3, all of them are outputted to a CRT and the AT/W. In such a way, an output destination is decided, and write on an output linkage register 16 is performed, and also, the output processor 17 is started up. The processor 17 edits the message of the device NO commanded at the register 16 replying to the start up from the circuit 21, and outputs it to corresponding printing device 9, magnetic disk file 6, and display device 8.</p> |
