PURPOSE:To reduce areas of a building and the site by fixing a group of fuel cell stacks, including cables and pipes connected, on a foundation base so as to unify them and next locating their stacks on upper and lower multi-stages and using a processing chamber located on the side of their group to perform wiring and piping between the upper and lower stages. CONSTITUTION:Fuel cell stacks 1, composed in plural numbers in one system, are connected in series, and including their cables and pipes they are fixed on a foundation base 2 so as to form a unified block. These blocks are disposed in plural rows on each floor so that the number of them on the floor of each stage is identical. A processing chamber 4 located on a side of a building structure 3 is used to process cables and pipes connected in the blocks between the respective stages. Further the blocks in each system are drawn out to a space 13 by means of a rail 7 and a winch 9, and they are made exchangeable by a running crane 10 on the highest stage. Hence areas of the building and the site can be saved and besides operations such as decomposition, checking, carrying-in, carrying-out, are facilitated. |
