MANUFACTURE OF CERAMIC SUPERCONDUCTIVE WIRE ROD

摘要

PURPOSE:To simplify the production process of a ceramic superconductive wire rod by pulverizing the raw material powder in the face reduction machining process. CONSTITUTION:Coarse grains with the grain size of about 100mum are used for the raw material powder filled into a metal pipe. The swage machining with the machining rate of 15% or the roll machining with a Turk's-head or the like is applied in the face reduction machining by the wire drawing or the like of this metal pipe, and the coarse grains are pulverized into fine grains with the uniform grain size of about 10-30mum. The pulverizing and selecting process of the raw material powder is thereby not required, and the production process of a ceramic superconductive wire rod can be simplified.
