PURPOSE:To exactly analyze a sample of a serum, etc., contg. a material to be inspected over a high concn. range by specifying the concn. of the liposome reagent in a buffer soln. of an immune analysis reagent prepd. by suspending the liposome reagent in the buffer soln. to 0.0001-10wt.%. CONSTITUTION:The concn. of the liposome reagent in the buffer soln. of the immune analysis reagent prepd. by suspending the liposome reagent consisting of the liposome contg. at least either of phospholipid or glycolipid as the compsn., a labeling material sealed in the liposome, at least a part of the antibodies immobilized to the liposome and antigen is specified to 0.0001-10wt.% to prepare the immune analysis reagent. The concn. of the liposome reagent in the buffer soln. is more preferably 0.01%n1wt.%. The liposome contains at least either of the phospholipid or glycolipid as its compsn.
