ALUMINUM MATERIAL FOR MOLDING HAVING GROUND FILM FOR COATING

PURPOSE:To make corrosion resistance of a film favorable and to prevent a base material from corrosion, by a method wherein a coating is formed of a specific quantity of a water-soluble resin film as a ground film for coating on the surface of the base material. CONSTITUTION:A water-soluble resin film 2 of a quantity of about 0.1 mg/m<2> or more is formed as a ground film for coating on the surface of an aluminum base material 1. The water-soluble resin film 2 is formed through a coating or drying of a solution or a fluid dispersion of a water-soluble resin as a treatment solution. Coating of the treatment solution to the aluminum base material is performed through a spraying method or a dipping method or a roll coating method or a brush coating method. A printed layer 3 or a coated layer 4 is formed generally by performing printing or resin coating on the aluminum material and then molding is performed after baking, in manufacture of a vessel or a cap. A vinyl type or epoxy type resin is used generally as the resin for coating.
