PURPOSE:To make an external appearance just like a natural material by printing all sorts of patterns, by a method wherein a pattern is printed on a surface side of base paper, a foamed compounded synthetic resin layer is formed on the rear side of the base paper, which is cut off into a tape-like state, turned into a tubular state by passing the same through a deforming jig and then the same is unified through heating, foaming and adhesion. CONSTITUTION:Base paper 2 is fed through a base paper feed roll 3. A device possesses a surface printing device 4 to print the surface of the base paper 2 in the first place and printing of a linear foamed compounded synthetic resin layer 6 is performed by a rear side printing device 5. Then the same is cut off into a tape-like state in accordance with the diameter of a foamed fine pipe 1 by a cutter 7 and made into a tubular state by passing through a deforming jig 8. A base paper tape 17 passes through a heating device 9 after it has become a continuous fine pipe 18 by passing through the deforming jig 8 and molded through foaming while sticking and integrating a skin layer and inner resin. The continuous fine pipe 18 within which a foam has been formed is sent to a cutting device 10 by a plurality of rollers 16 while the same is being cooled. |
