PURPOSE:To realize the optional and automatic production of the processing procedure of a logic circuit by defining only the output signal name/logical gate name/input signal name, i.e., the basic component elements of the sequence logic as a gathering of an information data unit and tracing the external relation for each data unit so that a data array is finally set for each data. CONSTITUTION:The basic component elements to be processed for a sequence logical program producing device 1 are formed by the prescribing parts 1-3. Then the output signal name/logical gate type-based symbol/input signal name are described at the part 1. A man-machine device 3 and a ROM 4 including a procedure program storing area 41 and an existing procedure program storing area 42 are connected to a CPU 2 of the device 1. Then a RAM 5 including a data storing area is connected to the CPU 2. Then a gathering is produced for each data with the basic component elements, i.e., the output signal name/ logical gate name/input signal name defined as the information. A data unit where the state of the input signal is set is supplied for setting and a data array is specified. Thus a sequence logical program is obtained.
