PURPOSE:To realize an anti-tilting and vibration insulating device, a supporting platform of which does not incline toward at least one direction by a structure wherein rigid members horizontally extending between a base platform and the supporting platform, a controlling device for horizontal movement, and coupling members capable of elastically bending in any lateral directions are provided. CONSTITUTION:When a supporting platform 11 lowers, a coupling member 25 also lower, resulting in pivoting a rigid member 16 a little bit and in bending a leaf spring 18 and consequently the coupling member 25 inclines because small diametral parts 27 bend. In this case, because no torsion is generated in the rigid member 16, the pivoting angles at both sides of the rigid member 16 are equal to each other, resulting in causing no inclination of the supporting platform 11 around as axis line in the direction normal to the axis 17 of the respective rigid members 16 resulting in keeping the supporting platform 11 horizontally. On the other hand, when the supporting platform 11 moves horizontally, the small diametral parts 27 of the coupling body 25, the one end of which is fixed to the supporting platform 11, bend so as to incline said coupling body 25 only. |
