PURPOSE:To execute the change work of a die, etc., in a short time with good efficiency by employ in g a folding mechanism on the retreating means of the holder plate holding a finger to retreat with shortening the whole length of a plate holder. CONSTITUTION:In the case of separating a movable feed bar 1 from a fixed feed bar 2 in changing a die, etc., the hydraulic cylinder 14 inside the fixed feed bar 2 is actuated and a rack 17 is moved to the inside of the bar 2 via the slider 16 linking the piston rod 14a of the cylinder 14 prior thereto. A holder plate 6 slides upwards the plate 6a at a base part side by twice-folding together with the plate 6b at the tip side with refracting the hinge 8 at the intermediate part in a chevron shape by the holder plate 6 by interlocking with the rotation of the pinion 12 engaged therewith. The whole holder plate 6 is then raised together with each finger 5 and retreated to the movable feed bar 1 side. The connection of the bar 2 and bar 1 is thereafter released with the driving of the hydraulic cylinder 3.
