PURPOSE:To closely fit a base metal and reinforcing stock and to improve the strength as a forming die by hardening the base metal with pressurizing it by a pressurizing means by flowing it after arranging the reinforcing stock near the die forming face of a forming model. CONSTITUTION:A mold releasing agent is coated on the die forming face 13 of a forming model 7, a reinforcing stock 5 is arranged near the forming face 13, a cement slurry 14 as a form stock is flowed in and the cement slurry 15 using an ordinary cement is flowed thereafter on the slurry 14. A pressing plate 16 is mounted on the slurry 15, a cover body 17 is covered on the upper end of a form 8 as well and the end is fixed by a pinching tool 19 together with a flange 18. When a compressor 21 is actuated, an air bag 22 is expanded to press the pressing plate 16 downwards. The cement solurries 15 and 14 are pressed towards the die forming face 13 of the forming model 7, the cement slurry 14 as the base stock sufficiently comes between the reinforcing stocks 5 and the reinforcing stock 5 and slurry 14 become in a closely fitting state.
