PURPOSE:To obtain a herbicide for paddy-rice plant, having high herbicidal effects and low phytotoxicity, by adding 1-alpha,alpha-dimethyl-p-methylbenzyl-3-p'- tolylurea to an N-(pyrimidylaminocarbonyl)pyrazolesulfonamide derivative. CONSTITUTION:A herbicide for paddy-rice plant which is obtained by adding a compound shown by formula II to N-[(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)aminocar bonyl]-1-methyl-4-ethoxyc arbonyl-5-pyrazolsulfonamide, enhances barnyard grass destroying power of the compound shown by formula I, has high herbicidal effects not on only other annual weeds but also on perennial weeds and extreme ly reduces phytotoxicity of the compound shown by formula I to paddy-rice plant. The amount of the herbicide used is small, the herbicide has no bad influence on environment and has safety. |
