PURPOSE:To decrease cost by making the surface processing of a sealing pipe, the outer circumferential ring of an airtight terminal and a lead terminal into the plating of a chemical component Pb>=90% and a residual part Sn. CONSTITUTION:For the sealing pipe of a crystal vibrator, a material is made into 'Koval(R)' and German silver and the surface processing is made into the plating of a chemical component Pb>=90% and a residual part Sn. As a substrate plating, Cu or Ni plating is executed. For the airtight terminal composed of an outer circumferential ring, a terminal lead and an insulation glass, the material of the outer circumferential ring and the terminal lead is made into a 'Koval(R)', and the surface processing is made into the plating of the chemical component Pb>=90% and a residual part Sn. As the substrate plating, Cu or Ni plating is executed. A crystal piece to form an electrode is set between two lead terminals to penetrate the base composed of the outer circumferential ring and the insulating grass, and by a high melting point conductive adhesives, two electric connection and mechanical supporting are secured.
