PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the withstand voltage characteristic by providing main arc horns on an upper insulator and auxiliary arc horns around the insulator and fitting auxiliary arc horns with tip sections bent in the direction to avert the upper insulator to a lower insulator. CONSTITUTION:Main arc horns 5 extended in opposite directions and auxiliary arc horns 6 surrounding the peripheries of end sections of an insulator 3 are fitted to the upper insulator 3 out of the upper and lower insulators, and only auxiliary arc horns 7 are fitted to the lower insulator 4. The main arc horns 5 are of the normal type provided face to face above the center axis, and the auxiliary arc horns 6 are also of the normal type, with upper sections of their rings notched over the range of about 90 deg.C. On the other hand, the tip sections of the lower auxiliary arc horns 7 are formed above the ring-shaped main bodies surrounding the outer periphery of an insulator 4 and bent in the direction to avert the insulator 3.
