PURPOSE:To reliably pressure-bond a terminal with one touch by continuously performing all processes in one rotation of a main shaft by the operation of a touch sensor sensing the insertion of an electric wire. CONSTITUTION:Cams 7a-7k for all processes and stop signal are fitted on one main shaft 5. When a terminal 10 is inserted into a disk-shaped magazine 70 and an electric wire 9 is inserted into clamp jaws 20, 21, a touch sensor 49 is operated. The end of the electric wire 9 is thereby clamped fully automatically, the covering at the end of the electric wire 9 is removed while being twisted, then the electric wire 9 is fed to the pressure bonding position. On the other hand, a terminal 10 is fed from a magazine 100 to the pressure bonding position in sequence. The clamped electric wire 9 is pressure-bonded to the terminal 10 at the pressure bonding position, and the electric wire 9 pressure-bonded with the terminal 10 is discharged. Individual processes and the stop of the main shaft are performed at a stroke fully automatically in one rotation of the main shaft. The pressure bonding quality is thereby improved, and the work time can be sharply shortened. |
