PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of sealing ability by forming an end of a rubber outer cylinder with multiple seal lips to seal a gap between the outer cylinder and a bush body. CONSTITUTION:A movement regulating flange 14 is fittedly fixed to the end of a metallic bush body 12 through a barrel 13, and a periphery of the bush body 12 is rotatably provided with a rubber outer cylinder 16 through a synthetic resin sliding member 15 to form a bearing bush 11. A peripheral surface of a flange-shaped end 17 of the outer cylinder 16 is provided with a synthetic resin circular ring 18 to ensure smooth sliding between an inner periphery 14a of the flange 14 and the flange-shaped end 17, and a sealing member 19 having two seal lips 20, 21 on its outside edge. Thus, even when a load acts in the axial direction of the outer cylinder 16 or perpendicularly to its axis, the lowering of sealing performance can be prevented to prevent the entering of muddy water or dirt.
