Method for manufacturing sanitary ware made from wood, characterised in that a fluid epoxy impregnating resin is used. It consists in impregnating the wood with a fluid epoxy resin and then, after rubbing down, coating it with another resin layer. This is applied to all the faces. If there is adhesive bonding, this will be performed by using an epoxy adhesive. It will be possible to form washbasins or sinks from components having an axis of revolution and overall-planar components, which are joined together after finishing.
