PURPOSE:To obtain the titled structure having soft feeling and excellent tenacity and suitable as nonwoven cloth for an inner lining of diaper, etc., by melt- spinning a linear low-density polyethylene having specific composition, density, melt index and heat of fusion together with a crystalline polypropylene having a specific melt flow rate. CONSTITUTION:The objective structure can be produced by mixing and melt- spinning (A) 99-50wt.% of a linear low-density polyethylene which is a linear low-density copolymer of ethylene and one or more kinds of 4-8C alpha-olefins, containing 1-15wt.% of the 4-8C alpha-olefin and having a density of 0.900-0.940g/cm<3>, a melt index of 25-100g/10min [measured according to ASTM D-1238(E)] and a heat of fusion of >=25cal/g and (B) 1-50wt.% of a crystalline polypropylene having a melt flow rate of <20g/10min [measured according to ASTM D-1238(L)]. The spun fibers are opened by suction opening, deposited on a metal net to form a web, pressed with an emboss roll and heat- treated to obtain the objective nonwoven cloth.
