The invention relates to a bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal pharmaceutical composition for external use which can be applied in the form of a pack under pressure, which comprises: a) from 0.1 to 3 % by weight of quaternary ammonium compounds or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts; b) from 1.0 to 10 % by weight of buffer; c) from 70 to 98 % by weight of solvent; d) from 5 to 20 % by weight of an aerosol propellent agent chosen from chlorofluoro hydrocarbons and inert gases.
