PURPOSE:To prevent a rush current, etc., from being mixed, by discriminating a point where a low inductive voltage generated from a main AC power source via a transformer and with in-phase with the main AC power source goes to zero by an ignition signal opening/closing device, and igniting a control rectifier device which opens/closes and impresses the main AC power source at a zero point. CONSTITUTION:When a communication command SWS1 is turned ON, a DC voltage E1 is impressed between the terminals 3' and 4' of zero cross relays 41 and 42, and from a time when the inductive voltages of secondary windings 3S1 and 3S2, therefore, the voltage between both ends of an inverse parallel thyristor goes to zero first from the above impressed time, a part between the terminals 1' and 2' of the relays 41 and 42 is turned ON, and an ignition signal is supplied to main thyristors TH1 and TH2. However, the real ignition signal to the main thyristors TH1 and TH2 is supplied to a main thyristor side which becomes a conductive side alternately at every 180 deg. by the existence of diodes D1 and D2, Therefore, the voltage of the power source 1 is impressed on a main load Z1 without generating the rush current or a disturbance noise, etc.
