PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts in combining a heating means and an air blasting means in one by a method wherein a device is composed of a motor consisting of a stator and a rotor using ceramic insulated wires as coils, a fan, and a casing and equipped with air discharge openings. CONSTITUTION:A heat generating motor consisting of a stator 1 and a rotor 2 uses ceramic insulated wires as coils and a fan 4 is attached on the shaft 5 of the rotor 2 and covered by a casing 7. A mounting plate 10 is equipped with a plurality of fan-shaped air discharge openings 11 radially around a bearing 6 and the air stream from the fan 4 is forced to flow smoothly to the motor side. When the coils of the motor are energized by an external power source, the rotor 2 is rotated and the stator 1 and the rotor 2 wound with the coils generate heat. When the fan 4 is rotated by the torque of the rotor 2, and air flow is generated and air sucked from an air intake 8 flows into the gaps between the stator 1 and the rotor 2 through air discharge openings 11 of a mounting plate 10 to cool the stator 1 and the rotor 2 and the air itself is heated and flows out from the hot air discharge openings 12 of the casing 7 in hot blow.
