PRODUCTION OF COVERING SPUN YARN

摘要

PURPOSE:To stably obtain covering spun yarn without end breakage, by removing fly waste attached to the surface of continuous yarn ballooned by rotation of a hollow spindle by a balloon breaker having uneven surface. CONSTITUTION:A balloon breaker 17 having uneven surface is stopped at a position wherein the balloon breaker is brought into contact with continuous yarn 13 to form a ballooning 18 occurring by rotation of a spindle 3 and fly waste attached to the continuous yarn with ballooning of the continuous yarn is removed by the balloon breaker so that the fly waste is prevented from accumulating to become fly waste lump.
